Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders placed outside these days will be prepared for the next available shipping day.

Custom Items Custom-made items require 5–7 business days for production before they are shipped. Production time does not include transit time.

Responsibility After Drop‑Off Once your package has been accepted by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any other carrier, it is no longer within my control. Delays, damage, or loss that occur during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Even though I cannot control what happens after drop‑off, I will still do my best to help resolve any issues, such as assisting with claims or offering reasonable solutions depending on the situation.

Processing Notes Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
