Refund policy

Custom Items Custom-made items are non‑refundable. Because these products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Issue Resolution While custom items are not eligible for refunds, I will always work with you to find a solution if there is a problem with your order. This may include adjustments, replacements, or another reasonable accommodation depending on the situation.
